Solves the problem of waste storage, eliminating landfills


The material introduced into the reactors undergoes, thanks to the heat treatment, a volume reduction of 90% and the residue obtained can be vitrified and completely inerted.



Can be used on any type of biomass, including waste


The Ronda Engineering drying system allows to process biomass with humidity up to 80%. Sewage sludge, domestic wet sludge, residues of agro-industrial processing, and any other type of biomass are therefore accepted.


Production of thermal and electrical energy 


The clean eco-gas is transformed into electrical and thermal energy that can be fed into the external grid, bringing a profit to the owner of the plant.

The  system is made in stainless steel and ceramic materials for the parts subject to high temperatures, with guarantedd durability over time. It is module based, which makes it easy tailor in size and solutions.
