My name is Stian Hætta Fjellheim and I am your Safety Guy.
With +20-year experience within HSE and Security, and working in a wide range of industries, sectors and areas, including counter terrorism in the military,
gives me a very good understanding of HSE and Security in all levels and aspects.
I have been working for several years as a HSE Manager in the Oil and Gas industry with responsibility for HSE including Emergency Preparedness and Response onshore and offshore, as well as HSE Coordinator and Safety Performance Coach - offshore. I have also worked as HSE Manager and HSE Advisor in the Energy Sector, the Fish Farming industry, Wind Power and the Construction industry.
With my long and broad experience in HSE and Emergency Preparedness and Response,
as a Coach for private persons and families I can help you with effective solutions and training
to prepare for any crisis and emergencies.
As your Consultant I may help small and large private and public enterprises with Risk Assessments, Emergency Preparedness and Response plans, BCP - Business Continuity Planning,
Emergency Preparedness and Response organization, training and exercises etc including using VR Virtual Reality, so that your business will be best possible prepared for any Crisis and Emergencies.
If you need an experienced Guest Speaker at your event, conference etc, to talk about HSE and/or
Emergency Preparedness and Response, Safety Guy is available to give you a motivational, instructive and valuable lecture with practical lessons to implement and use at your job and business.
I have been a member of two national charters; Working for best practices and standards for the Construction industry, initiated by Working Together for Safety Construction (Samarbeid for Sikkerhet bygg og anlegg in Norwegian) and Working for best practices and standards for Oil and Gas (Samarbeid for Sikkerhet in Norwegian). These experiences have given me a very good knowledge and understanding of the practices in the industries, including extensive knowledge of relevant Acts, Regulations,
Standards etc which I may use to help your company to be in compliance with
relevant Acts, Regulations, Standards and performing best practices.
During all my years as a HSE professional, together with great colleagues, managers and clients,
we have achieved very good HSE results and a safe, efficient and good working environment for all.
I want to use all my knowledge and experience to help others to achieve the same results
and to reach their goals within HSE.
I am located in Alta - the city of the Northern Lights, in the Northen part of Norway,
and I provide my services worldwide.
